Very good seafood and service. The seafood is not over cooked and is very tasty. The burgers are very thick and exceptionally tasty. The staff are very friendly and it is not very expensive.
Well finally got to eat here. It use to be Chesterfield Family Restaurant and it closed. Now it's Kim's Seafood Shack. Place was half full when we got there, nothing fancy. Got there Blackened catfish fillets, 2 of them, cheese grits, slaw, hush puppies and toast came with it. Everything was good and wife got there flounder with baked potato, hush puppies and slaw. A little drive to get to it for us, but I would return. A warm inviting place with all the fishing gear on walls for decorations.
Have been here multiple times and the food is always AMAZING! Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner have all been great! My husband has gotten a few of their new specials and has LOVED them!! Definitely try it out!!!
This is a great breakfast place. I've been twice and it was excellent both times. The eggs are cooked perfectly to order and the shredded hash browns are a welcome treat. The gravy biscuit plate is huge and very good. The gravy is not loaded with sausage like some places. The toast is buttered perfectly and just lightly toasted. The Hunter's livermush could be fried a little crisper. Haven't had the pancakes yet but they look good from what I saw. The service is excellent and friendly. One thing I find odd is you only get a fork and straw. Hard to eat grits with those. The dining room is clean and well lit.
